Directions
VIEW STEP BY STEP
1.
Add shrimp and seasoned salt to bowl; mix well to coat. Set aside.

Heat 1 Tbsp oil in large sauté pan on MED-HIGH until oil faintly smokes. Add red
peppers and red pepper flakes; cook, stirring, 1 1/2 min. Add zucchini, salt, and
pepper; cook, stirring, 2 min. Add tomatoes; cook, stirring, 3 min. Remove from
pan; set aside.

Heat remaining oil in pan on MED until oil faintly smokes. Add shrimp; cook,
stirring, 2 min. Return vegetables to pan. Add sauce; cook, stirring, 4-5 min until
internal temp of shrimp reaches 130 degrees (check by inserting thermometer
halfway into thickest part of shrimp).
4.
Transfer to serving platter; garnish with parsley.
5.
Great served with Zucchini Noodles or your favorite pasta.

Delicious!!! And easy plant-based sauce substitute
This meal was absolutely delicious! Love the spice factor and I added additional
seasonings beyond salt and pepper for optimal taste. I also substituted the sauce for a
dairy free option: primal kitchen vegan vodka sauce. Would highly recommend!
Decadent taste. I ate this with barilla protein plus thin spaghetti.

Outstanding!
So I made this for dinner along with the Zucchini Noodles (cooked 5-7 minutes in
basting oil with salt and pepper). Everyone went for seconds until the pan was scraped
empty. Had to make additional Zucchini Noodles. We started with home made soup and
a nice house salad. What a great dish
besed on prevous revies I cut the red pepper
flakes to 2/3rds the suggested amount it it had just the right kick for all of us.

A bit too spicy!
Very good dish! I agree with another reviewer that there is too much red pepper in this
dish! My husband loved it though and I drank mine with tons of water.
